The Barefoot Bowls night went well and to those that have not been to any of our social functions please come along and join the fun and camaraderie. Ahoy there sailors.  Well the year started off for us being very busy. As well as our normal activities entertaining some 264 clients on the water during February, we conducted a special day for The Aphasia Society. This is a society formed to assist stroke victims with the inability to comprehend and formulate language. They were having a State Conference on the Gold Coast and wanted to introduce some of their members to sailing. We attended to 40 members and their Carers and then joined them all for lunch and a chat.
